Welcome to our Outreach homepage!
Mexico Missions is one of Nehemiah Ministries' three principal ministry outreaches. During the months of December and January, our mission team travels to Mexico and does mission work. Our main base area is Colonia Alfonso Garzon Santibanez in Rio Grande, Zacatecas, Mexico.
We partner with the church Jesus Cristo es La Fuente de Agua Viva in Colonia Alfonso in organizing a children’s Christmas party each year where the Gospel is shared, and children play games and participate in other activities. Each child at the party receives a brand-new toy and a bag of mixed chocolates and candy. We also give mothers and fathers a small gift when possible and a bag of candy. They are all so excited to receive these items!
During our stay, we also visit several other churches and distribute clothes and other items to families. Most families in the areas where we work are very poor and are not Christians.
Throughout the year, we collect new toys, clothes, toiletries for men and women, make-up and female products, school supplies, and individually wrapped candies for the mission work in Mexico. Cash is also excepted to support the expenses of travel and to buy supplies.
Every little bit of your help means so much to the families we serve in Mexico. We appreciate all prayers and support in this endeavor.
